You will receive an email notification once the item is ready for pick up.
We are at Yaraan Ave Epping NSW. We are residential based so pick up time can be quite flexible.

COVID 19 UPDATE
Business as usual!
We will continue to dispatch your orders on a daily basis and are currently not experiencing any delays in dispatch. Please note each order will be made specifically so please allow 2-3 working days before dispatch. Very large orders may take up to a week time.
We use both Australia Post express, regular or courier services for delivering your items.
All orders are dispatched promptly, however we have no control over delays once the items leave us and are in transit with delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates only, we recommend you allow additional transit time or utilise express shipping during peak periods or if you require an item by a specific date.
Once the items have been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you.
IMPORTANT: Please follow the tracking information on your parcel! We recommend you keep up to date with your parcel location so you are aware of when your parcel is due to arrive and can contact us promptly if there are delivery issues. If a courier leaves a card for your item you must contact them promptly to arrange re-delivery or your item will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees apply for redelivery of parcels.
We also recommend contactless delivery during this pandemic period i.e. no signature on delivery, it is important that our posties and courier teams can leave your parcels at the door without customer contact. Please ensure you leave clear delivery instructions at the checkout if you have a preferred location for the courier or postie to leave your parcel. We need them now more than ever so protecting our delivery partners is important to all of us.
All our parcels are sent with Authority to Leave at your home. If you DO NOT have a secure location for your parcel to be left unattended by the courier please select the Signature On Delivery option at the checkout to ensure your items are not left unattended. NOTE parcels delivered Authority To Leave are NOT covered by insurance as we cannot guarantee the security of parcels delivered without a signature, shipping insurance is available and recommended for parcels that are left unattended at your address, pls contact us before purchase made so we can get a quote for you.
If your address can only receive items via Australia Post or you have a specific location you would like the parcel to be left please ensure you specify this in the Delivery Instructions box at the checkout.
Shipping Australia Wide
$10 Flat Rate Regular Shipping fee applies for all orders. We may use courier or auspost if not specified.
$20 Express Shipping fee apply for each order if you need the items to be delivered urgently.
CLICK & COLLECT - FREE PARCEL PICK UP from our residence. Order online and collect from either West Ryde 2114 or Epping 2121. Please note the order still need to be made. Once finished making we will contact you to confirm when your order is ready to collect.
Shipping International Wide
We ship our items worldwide with Australia Post International. Delivery times vary from 1-3 weeks for economy airmail and 3-10 business days for International Express with possible delays.
We recommend you to place your order at least 6 weeks before the required event. Shipping prices for orders up to 5kg can be calculated by entering your country and post code/zip code once you have added items to your shopping cart. All prices are in AUD$. Shipping on orders over 5kg, or bulky items will be quoted separately. We will contact you with a quotation for shipping if your order is over the 5kg.
Please be aware of the following terms & conditions for international orders:
- We only use reputable international courier companies for shipping purposes eg Australia Post/TNT/DHL as they provide the highest quality of service and tracking for your order. We will endeavour to secure the cheapest quotation on your behalf.
- Import duties and taxes for delivery to international locations are NOT included in our quotation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of and pay all duties and taxes for the goods upon delivery. We ensure we pay all the Australian duties and taxes prior to the goods leaving Australia.
- We are unable to provide refunds for international orders that are not deliverable or delayed upon arrival at their destination. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all of the shipping information is 100% accurate and someone available to sign for the goods upon arrival at your nominated delivery address.
- In the instance the items are undeliverable and are returned to us we will refund 20% of the product value excluding any postage costs.
- If you are using your own courier for delivery we take no responsibility for the order once it has been collected from our warehouse. Orders must be signed for upon collection from our warehouse, once collected the items are at the full responsibility of the purchaser.
